Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruiting freelancers, preferably in content writing, academic writing, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of freelance platforms, sourcing strategies, and recruitment pipelines.
- Ability to assess candidates based on portfolios, test assignments, and interviews.
- Familiarity with hiring processes for remote and international teams.
Knowledge of English (B2 or higher).
Key Competencies:
- Recruitment Expertise: Experience sourcing and hiring freelancers, conducting interviews, and evaluating test tasks.
- Understanding of Freelance Markets: Insight into freelancer motivations, retention strategies, and effective communication techniques.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiar with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), recruitment tools, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other sourcing platforms.
Data-Driven Approach: Ability to track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, retention rates, and performance quality.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source and attract new freelance authors.
- Screen candidates based on experience, test assignments, and portfolio quality.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new authors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine recruitment needs.
Maintain and update recruitment databases.
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
