HR Specialist to $600 Offline

🔹 Conducting regular 1:1 meetings to monitor team well-being and plan future development.
🔹 Tracking employee satisfaction levels and driving improvements.
🔹 Collecting and analyzing HR metrics (turnover, job tenure, HR research, surveys).
🔹 Implementing data-driven enhancements to optimize internal processes.
