Your Responsibilities:

πΉ Conducting regular 1:1 meetings to monitor team well-being and plan future development.

πΉ Collecting and analyzing HR metrics (turnover, job tenure, HR research, surveys).
πΉ Implementing data-driven enhancements to optimize internal processes.
