Salesforce Cloud and Customer Experience Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Cloud & Customer Experience Specialist to optimize customer engagement strategies using Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other CX-focused solutions. This role will involve enhancing automation, streamlining workflows, and improving customer support operations through advanced Salesforce tools and integrations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Omni-Channel solutions.
- Expertise in system integration, including Salesforce and third-party CX tools.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development, including custom Lightning components, Flows, and Apex-based automations to enhance customer engagement.
