AI Solutions Business Analyst Offline

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in AI projects to join our team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• At least 1 year of experience implementing AI solutions in client projects
• Strong knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their business applications
• Experience analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for AI automation and optimization
• Proficiency in business process modeling (BPMN, UML) and documentation (Requirement Specifications, User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes)
• Experience managing tasks in Jira (prioritization, decomposition, approval, and monitoring)
• Understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, automation) and their business impact
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, data scientists, product owners)
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English

Would Be a Plus:

• Experience in e-commerce or logistic projects
• Technical background or experience working with MySQL
• Experience with projects in the USA market

Responsibilities:

• Consult clients on AI adoption strategies, identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into their business processes
• Provide strategic consulting on AI adoption, identifying business use cases and feasibility of AI integration
• Analyze business needs, define project requirements, and recommend AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and innovation
• Conduct in-depth assessments of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping to ensure seamless AI implementation
• Utilize business process modeling (BPMN, UML) to document current workflows and design AI-optimized processes
• Develop detailed documentation, including Requirement Specifications, User Stories, Use Cases, and Wireframes, to guide development teams
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure AI solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility
