The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the iGaming industry, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset.
What you need to do:
- Ensuring smooth operation of all operational processes of the product
- Optimization of current processes in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Developing and implementing the company's operational strategy.
- Managing and coordinating the work of the company's various teams.
- Setting clear goals and KPIs for the teams and monitoring their achievement.
- Analyzing key indicators and data for decision-making.
- Monitoring market trends and adapting operational strategies accordingly.
- Managing risks related to operational activities.
- Engaging and developing relationships with partners.
- Representing the company at conferences.
What hard skills do you need to have:
- 5+ years in Gambling industry.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Head of Operations, Head of Casino, Head of Sportsbook, Head of Regions (or similar role) in Gambling.
- Hands-on experience with different directions in Gambling structure.
- Experience of successfully launching a product into a new market and achieving KPI's.
- Deep understanding of all processes, structure and capabilities of the gambling product.
- -On the “you” side of business process description, and task management.
- Deep understanding of the specifics of the gambling market and user preferences;
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and promotional tools in the online environment.
- Experience managing affiliate programs and affiliate relationships.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on analytics. Ability to develop and optimize strategies based on data.
- English: Intermediate level or higher (B2+).
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus!
