Prompt Engineer Offline

We are looking for a talented Prompt Engineer to expand our team of professionals. You’ll have to work with different nontrivial AI/ML-related projects, focusing on implementing creative solutions from the beginning to production
 

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (B2+ level)
• Hands-on experience with LLM prompting
• Strong interest in LLM-based solutions and AI-driven conversational experiences
• The candidate must be located in Kyiv, office-based work
 

Responsibilities:

• Crafting, testing, and optimizing prompts for LLMs
• Developing and refining Conversational Agents (Text-to-Text and Voice-to-Voice) using our internal no-code tool
• Analyzing feature requirements and translating them into functional Conversational Agents
• Continuously iterating and improving interactions based on performance metrics and feedback
 

Would be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of Python
• Understanding of the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approach
• Familiarity with Chain-of-Thought reasoning techniques
• Knowledge of Structured Outputs
• Experience with LLM APIs (like OpenAI, Gemini, Cohere, etc.)
• We are also considering candidates with non-technical experience, such as media, linguistics, and content creation
