Customer Support Manager (AdTech)

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming publisher registrations and onboard them to our platform.
  • Proactively monitor customer accounts, analyze their performance, and reach out to publishers to offer optimizations where relevant.
  • Conduct calls with publishers to gather insights and use data to enhance processes and improve the client experience.
  • Execute product demo for potential customers.
  • Work with departments of Operations, Sales and Finance so the best possible service is delivered to customer.
  • Resolve technical issues in cooperation with the tech team.
  • Ensure increase in profit made by publishers on our platform.
  • Maintain warm and friendly relationships with all the clients
     

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of Google Drive tools and MS Excel.
  • Experience in customer service/customer support 1+ year.
  • Ability to think critically and analyze the data.
  • Result-oriented with good problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Client-oriented and Empathy and negotiation skills.
  • Be attentive to details.
  • Have strong organizational skills.
  • Be able to work in conditions of multitasking.
  • High degree of autonomy.
     

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in IT 1+ year.
  • Understanding of Header Bidding technology, OpenRTB auction, and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience with working with publishers, content websites, media groups, app developers
