ML Engineer / GenAI Developer

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI Agents and supporting tools, including API-as-a-service solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for development and deployment processes.
• Contribute to R&D initiatives within the Data Science team, driving innovation and experimentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Proven experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI Agent development.
• Practical knowledge of Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, and OpenAI tools.
• Experience using AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, and assist in code reviews.
• Solid understanding of SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
• Strong grasp of embedding vectors and semantic search techniques.
• Proficiency with Git (Bitbucket) and Docker.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with SLMs and fine-tuning of LLMs.
• Educational background in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty).
• Familiarity with TypeSense.
• Experience with speech recognition and speech-to-text ML models.
