Responsibilities:

-  Booking loads, Coordinate and schedule truck drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods

- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations

- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery

- Resolve any issues or delays in transportation

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and develop in the logistics industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn dispatching software
• Ability to work in a team and maintain professional communication with drivers and brokers
• English level — B2 or higher

Working Conditions:

• Schedule: Day shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (aligned with U.S. market hours)
• Office: Autonomous office with heat, water, and electricity available 24/7 near Vasylkivska metro station, Kyiv
• English and Spanish classes twice a week to improve communication skills
