About the Company:

Our client is an international product-driven FinTech company specializing in financial solutions across various markets and segments. Core business areas include online lending, KYC solutions, Lending as a Service (LaaS), and ad tech. All projects are developed and managed by an in-house team. The company operates offices in Nicosia, Bucharest, Prague, and a co-working space in Kyiv.

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join product team. You will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making by analysing user behavior, optimising key metrics & funnels, and creating reports that will help us enhance our FinTech product offerings.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and features. Interpret results and provide actionable insights to the product team;
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as LTV, CAC, Conversion Rate, and other relevant metrics;
  • Perform cohort analysis to track user behavior over time, identify trends, and recommend improvements for user retention and engagement.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to provide data-driven insights that will guide product development and optimisation;
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by validating sources, performing data cleaning, and maintaining data quality standards
  • Work closely with product, marketing, engineering, risk management, data scientists and other teams to align data analysis with business goals
  • Design and analyse A/B tests on different user interface elements, marketing strategies, or loan product features to improve user experience and conversion rates.


Expected results:

  • Improved data architecture and optimized ETL pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and reporting;
  • Enhanced data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the organization;
  • Lead the DWH team, providing strategic direction and mentorship to data engineers;
  • Develop and implement cohort analysis frameworks to track user behavior, retention, and churn;
  • Measure and track customer lifetime value (LTV) and identify high-value customers for retention efforts.


Professional Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in analysis and data interpretation (3+years experience);
  • Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and optimizing data pipelines in collaboration with Data Engineers;
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based data solutions (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar);
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and performance tracking;
  • Proficient in Power BI (or similar tools like Tableau) for creating reports and dashboards;
  • Strong ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis;
  • Experience in working closely with data engineers and defining tasks for them;
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas;
  • Solid understanding of key product metrics like LTV, CAC, Conversion Rate, Retention Rate, and Churn;
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights;
  • Hands-on experience conducting cohort analysis, customer segmentation, and retention analysis;
  • Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken).


Additional:

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling is a plus;
  • Familiarity with Amplitude is a plus.
