We are looking for a skilled QA Team Lead to guide our quality assurance team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. If you have a passion for leadership, strong technical expertise, and a results-driven mindset, weβd love to hear from you!
What Youβll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 10 QA professionals.
- Own and optimize the full testing cycle, including bug tracking and reporting.
- Identify potential risks and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Ensure smooth, high-quality feature releases.
- Reduce average issue resolution time to 2 days.
- Innovate and implement efficient testing strategies.
- Continuously contribute to improving overall product quality.
What We Look For
- 2+ years of team management experience.
- Hands-on experience in building QA processes.
- Understanding of client-server architecture and web technologies.
- Practical knowledge of how to create and maintain test documentation.
- Proven SQL skills.
- English level B1/B2
- Availability to work onsite in Kyiv

- Knowledge of Python for test automation.
