Delivery Manager $$$ Offline

Dataforest is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Delivery Manager. Your task will include coordinating key functions within a project and ensuring their effective interaction. We are seeking a professional with strong experience in project management and account management who can maintain high project margins and delivery quality.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including PMs, developers, and resource functions.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients, striving to increase their satisfaction.
- Manage project budgets and ensure the achievement of set financial indicators.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution—from planning to delivery.
- Participate in identifying client needs and generating additional business opportunities.

Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience as a technical leader or project manager, with a preference for candidates with 10 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Experience working with project budgets and understanding financial metrics.
- Deep understanding of the project delivery process.
- Experience in IT outsourcing
- Understanding in Python, API, and SQL.
- Possession of project management tools.
- Experience in account management and building long-term relationships with clients.
- English language proficiency at the Advanced or Fluent level.
