Product Owner Offline

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead the mailer and CRM components of our product, designed to empower email marketers. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of CRM systems, hands-on experience with ESPs, and strong expertise in key email marketing metrics such as deliverability, open rates, click rates, and bounce rates. 

This role requires – someone who believes in processes, takes ownership beyond just executing tasks, and actively advocates for the product both within the team and to stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with the Lead Product Manager to execute the product vision and ensure smooth delivery. Your role will focus on defining, refining, and prioritizing product requirements while working cross-functionally with developers, designers, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Lead Product Manager to implement the product road map by effectively translating high-level requirements into actionable user stories and tasks.
- Define clear acceptance criteria and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder input.
- Conduct regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with development teams to continuously improve the Agile delivery process.
- Oversee and manage the delivery of features across all key components of the product.
- Track project progress and resolve any roadblocks or dependencies to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Keep the delivery process as transparent as possible for stakeholders by providing regular updates and clear reporting.
- Work with the UX/UI design team to ensure the platform offers intuitive and high-quality user interfaces and experiences.
- Work with the business system analysts to refine requirements, clarify technical constraints, and ensure user stories are comprehensive and actionable.
- Work with the development team to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements, provide timely feedback, and resolve any technical or functional issues during the development process.
- Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on goals.
- Closely collaborate with users, utilizing direct access to gather user feedback, understand pain points, and validate solutions.
- Monitor product performance, analyze data, and proactively propose improvements to optimize system functionality and user experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Product Manager or Product Owner in B2B software development.
- Proven experience in AdTech, advertising, paid traffic, or affiliate marketing in a product role or through direct involvement in traffic acquisition, ad campaign management or optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset that extends beyond decision-making, with the ability to simplify analytics to support users working with data – whether through hands-on experience with analytics tools or by developing analytics platforms.
- Experience managing end-to-end product ownership, rather than focusing on isolated features.
- Strong proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria and managing backlog.
- Extensive experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with a strong ability to lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers, designers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to effectively engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to align on priorities and ensure strategic goals are met.
Proficiency in using project management tools such as JetBrains (YouTrack), Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and Miro.
- A solution-oriented and proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
