What You'll Do

• 👥 Led and mentored a team of business analysts, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• 🛠️ Define and optimize business analysis processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• 📊 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for casino and sportsbook products.
• 🤝 Work closely with product managers, developers, and UX/UI teams to ensure seamless product development.
• 📝 Document and communicate requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• 🔍 Identify opportunities to improve business processes and enhance efficiency.
• 🌍 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• 🎯 Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• 📈 Assist in developing KPIs and reporting frameworks.

What We’re Looking For

• 📅 4+ years of experience in business analysis, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• 🎰 Solid understanding of the iGaming industry (casino & sportsbook), including trends and regulatory requirements.
• 🌐 Experience working with B2C digital products, preferably in online gaming or betting platforms.
• 🔍 Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• 📜 Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• 🗣️ Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
• 🛠️ Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, BPMN, and SQL (nice to have).
• 🇬🇧 English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
