Role Overview

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that enhance our online visibility and drive measurable business results. You will work closely with the marketing, development, and content teams to ensure best SEO practices are implemented across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, content, URL structure, and internal linking.
• Work with content teams to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to implement improvements (e.g., site speed, mobile optimization, schema markup, indexing issues, etc.).
• Build and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the PPC and social media teams to align SEO efforts with broader digital marketing initiatives.
• Provide detailed reports and insights on SEO performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Required Hard Skills

• SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Keyword Research & Analytics: Proficiency in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, etc.
• Technical SEO: Strong understanding of website architecture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Core Web Vitals.
• Content Strategy: Ability to create and optimize SEO-friendly content strategies.
• Link Building: Experience in ethical and effective link-building strategies.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to analyze SEO performance and provide actionable insights.
• CMS & Web Technologies: Experience with WordPress
• Local SEO (if applicable): Knowledge of Google My Business optimization and local search ranking factors.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Identify and resolve SEO challenges efficiently.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an IT, SaaS, or E-commerce environment.
• Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and traffic.
• Experience working with technical teams on website optimization.

• Certification in SEO, Google Analytics, or related fields is a plus.
