Project Manager Offline

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Atlassian, Jira, and Confluence;
- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
- Experience in developing product roadmaps, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams;
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles for web and mobile applications;
- A proactive approach, self-motivation, and the ability to work well within a team;

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion;
- Managing project development, making necessary adjustments to align with client expectations;
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA specialists;
- Tracking and reporting project progress, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines;
- Gathering and analyzing client requirements, ensuring successful project execution;
- Developing and implementing project plans, including task allocation, scheduling, cost estimation, and budgeting;
- Preparing regular status updates and progress reports;
- Continuously improving project management processes and contributing to the team’s professional growth.
