Head of Paid Search / Team Lead Google Ads Offline

We help over three million users every month across nine countries in Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
We are now expanding our team and looking for a Head of Paid Search, who will lead paid search traffic acquisition across international markets.
You are a hands-on leader—not just overseeing campaigns but actively launching and scaling them. You set the standard by example, demonstrating best practices with your expertise and authority.
What You Will Do
- Full ownership of Google Ads/Bing channels across international markets: planning and execution
- Budget and profitability control – regular monitoring of ROAS, profit, and other key metrics
- Data analysis to optimise conversions – working on the funnel and improving lead quality
- Collaborating with analysts to develop dashboards for transparent KPI tracking
- Identifying bottlenecks in paid channels and resolving them promptly
- Monitoring competitors’ activity and adapting strategies to market changes
- Automating campaign management processes
- Constantly identifying growth opportunities
- Handling potential ad account suspensions, platform policy changes, and legal updates
- Coordinating cross-functional team efforts
- Establishing efficient team processes
- Training and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Developing motivation systems
- Setting goals and regularly assessing team performance
What We Expect
- 5+ years of experience in Google Ads, managing budgets of $100K+ per month
- Deep expertise in Google Ads – Performance Max, Smart Bidding, manual bidding. You know how to balance manual and automated strategies to achieve business goals
- Fintech experience (experience in credit-related products is a huge plus)
- Strong analytical skills – proficiency in GA4, GTM, Power BI, setting up dashboards and conducting A/B tests
- Experience managing teams – setting up processes, motivating, and training team members
- A structured approach to paid traffic – building and enforcing standards across the team
- Flexibility and resilience – ability to work in an ever-changing environment on ad platforms
