Middle AI/Backend Developer

Our client US based IT product company is looking for Middle AI/Backend Developer.

Must have:

• Python 3+ yrs - FastAPI, async, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy + Alembic, RQ/APScheduler
• LLM stack - LangChain, LangGraph, LiteLLM, OpenAI API, RAG (chunking, retrieval, reranking)
• ML - PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, scikit-learn, NumPy/Pandas
• MongoDB + MQL - aggregation pipelines ($match, $group, $lookup), complex queries - mandatory
• Databases - Redis, PostgreSQL, Qdrant (vector search)
• Cloud/LLM providers - AWS Bedrock, Ollama, OpenAI/Anthropic API
• Docker + Docker Compose (multi-service stacks, GPU images)
• Security - JWT, TLS, HMAC, PII anonymization/pseudonymization
• Protocols - REST, WebSocket, A2A (agent-to-agent), MCP
• Request classifier / intent routing for LLM agents
• Whisper (ASR, speech-to-text integration)

Nice to have: Go, Jenkins, LangFuse, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, RAGAS, Ollama, TensorBoard

Soft skills: self-sufficient, accountable, resilient under pressure, able to own a sub-project end to end.
