Project Manager for UX/UI Focused Design Agency to $1500

We are looking for a talented Project Manager who’s ready to step in, and help us delivering great design to our customers. We work with apps, websites, presentations etc. We are a family-type company with an environment of kindness.
 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the Process: Manage Web Design, UX/UI, and Graphic Design projects from start to finish, ensuring things stay on track, on time, and on budget.
• Collaborate with the Team (one of the most amazing people in the world): Work closely with designers and clients to make sure everyone’s aligned and working toward the same goal.
• Stay Ahead of the Game: Be the person who’s always thinking a few steps ahead to avoid roadblocks and keep everything moving forward.

Who We’re Looking For:

• You’re responsible and can handle the pressure of multiple moving parts. Anxiety is a given in a fast-paced environment, but you channel it into action.
• You get how a design agency works and are comfortable navigating the ups and downs.
• You’ve got a mature mindset—you know when to take the reins and when to step back and let the team do their thing. (Seriously, we need somebody who will look reliable in the eyes of our customers).
• You’re fluent in English and can communicate with clarity, both written and verbal.
• You can demonstrate real cases from your previous experience—show us how you’ve tackled challenges and made projects succeed.
