Requirements:

  • We are looking for candidates with recruitment experience who are ready to bring their knowledge and expertise to our team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently find top talent in the industry.
  • Willingness to grow and develop.
  • English level: Upper Intermediate+.

 

Would be a plus:

  • Knowledge and experience in technical recruitment will be an advantage.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively communicating with candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, professional communities, and forums—stay proactive across multiple platforms to find the best talent.
  • Working with an existing candidate database.
  • Building strong and productive relationships with potential candidates.
