- English level: Upper Intermediate+.
Would be a plus:
- Knowledge and experience in technical recruitment will be an advantage.
- Experience working with LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
- Actively communicating with candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, professional communities, and forums—stay proactive across multiple platforms to find the best talent.
- Working with an existing candidate database.
- Building strong and productive relationships with potential candidates.
