Marketing Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Team Lead to lead and motivate our digital marketing and social media team, develop online acquisition strategies, and drive revenue growth through innovative campaigns. The role involves managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing traffic quality, and ensuring KPIs are met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, experience managing teams, and practical knowledge of the MENA and SSA markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of digital marketing and social media professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with JustMarkets’ business objectives to strengthen market position
- Plan, execute, and oversee data-driven marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email platforms to maximize impact
- Analyze campaign results to meet and exceed KPIs, making data-backed adjustments for ongoing success
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and meet financial objectives
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generating reports to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Lead negotiations with digital agencies, monitoring their performance to ensure excellence and efficiency
- Continuously assess and improve the quality of traffic to maintain high conversion rates
- Stay informed of industry trends and integrate best practices into the company’s marketing and sales efforts
- Work closely with the Business Development team to develop targeted campaigns and materials that enhance lead generation and customer retention
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position within the financial services sector, preferably in Fintech and CFD brokerage
- Background in a fast-growing digital agency or online business (e.g., e-commerce, online finance, or other online B2C companies)
- Experience managing a team of 5 or more, driving engagement and results. Hands-on experience managing marketing budgets
- Practical experience attracting users in the MEA region
- Deep understanding of conversion funnels, campaign analysis, and online marketing metrics
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools, with strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in English for effective communication across global teams
Will be a plus
- Hands-on experience with SEO, affiliate traffic, and paid traffic sources
- Proficiency in tracking systems such as Voluum, AppsFlyer, or similar
