The Recruiter builds and maintains a strong pool of potential candidates by regularly reaching out to current connections and proactively seeking new talent. Provides a proactive approach to talent acquisition. Identifies and implements innovative methods to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process. Strives for continuous improvement in hiring results.
Serves as a representative of the company’s corporate values throughout the hiring process. Ensures these values are upheld and promoted in all interactions with candidates and external partners.
Key success indicators/attributes:
- 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Ability to negotiate with clients;
- Understanding of technological terms;
- Knowledge of search techniques (Boolean Search, LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, X-ray, etc.);
- Cold outreach of candidates, including the ability to write personalized messages and high-quality templates for mailings;
- Analytical mindset, ability to focus, and the ability to set priorities;
- Desire to learn, Orientation on the result, Problem-solution mindset;
- Willingness to leave the comfort zone.
Will by plus:
- Work with foreign markets (USA, Europe etc.);
- Work with different tech stack positions and seniority;
- Understanding of SDLC.

What you will do:
- Manage full cycle of the recruitment process and collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute an effective recruiting strategy;
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new candidates and nurture the existing ones on a regular basis;
- Sourcing through professional networks, databases, referrals, job sites, etc. to engage top talents;
- Proactively identify and implement new methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to the end of the candidate`s trial period.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and represent our company.
