Senior Recruiter

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in the IT Industry or more;
  • Deep understanding of the nature of the vacancies;
  • Quality briefing skills;
  • Ability to quickly understand the essence of the customer's wishes;
  • Experience in drafting job descriptions and requirements;
  • Proficiency in search and selection tools;
  • Experience of working with different hiring channels and good communication skills;
  • Skill in conducting in-depth interviews and competency-based interviews;
  • Ability to assess hard and soft skills;

     

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruiting including assessment, selection, opinion writing, negotiation of terms and conditions and preparation of the offer;
  • Thorough maintenance of the candidate database;
  • Briefing the customer;
  • Working in CRM;
  • Establishing contacts with the right candidates by profile through social networks;
  • Communicating with customers;
  • Conducting interviews;
  • Formation and preparation of reports for the customer.
