Chief Operating Officer (Web3) Offline

We are actively expanding and looking for a proactive Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence and ensure seamless project execution in the dynamic world of decentralization and crypto.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and optimize the efficiency of all internal operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and scalability.

• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Establish and monitor KPIs to track team performance and project success.

• Act as the primary connection between internal teams, stakeholders, and partners.

• Handle risk management and implement process improvements.

• Maintain clear and structured reporting on operational activities.

What We Expect:

• 3+ years of experience in an operations, project management, or leadership role.

• Experience in digital marketing and/or Web3 is a strong advantage.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 5+ people.

• Fluent English (B2+): excellent verbal and written communication.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.

• Hands-on experience with task management tools and process optimization.

• Knowledge and genuine interest in cryptocurrencies & Web3.

• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
