What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong troubleshooting & critical thinking skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English (spoken & written)
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS
  • Familiarity with Linux commands & basic Windows environment
  • Customer-focused with great attention to detail
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2)

     

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer requests efficiently
  • Troubleshoot web, email, and platform issues
  • Provide Tier 1 support and escalate when needed
  • Set up email accounts and resolve login/access issues
  • Document FAQs and internal guides
