Senior Consultant NLP Engineer / Large Language Model Architect Offline

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior NLP Engineer / Large Language Model Architect to lead the integration of a sophisticated third-party NLP solution into our corporate environment.

This strategic initiative aims to revolutionize how we process internal knowledge and documents across various teams, from compliance to scientific validation.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned consultant with deep expertise in NLP, AI, and LLMs, capable of assessing solutions, driving integration, and guiding teams to ensure a seamless and efficient implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Become familiar with all the in-corporation requirements that led to the decision for integration such a platform, so that you are able to effectively intersect the needs to the possible 3rd party products
•  Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project needs, providing expert guidance and NLP architectural advice.
•  Collect and compare assessment of functionality and capability and IT system and integration
  aspects
• Determine use cases for proof of value against every company goal defined in the initial requirements
•  Evaluate available options among the preliminary chosen and follow enterprise guidelines in order choose the proper solution that will cover the needs
• Oversee and control/monitor the process of integrating the NLP/ML solution – being responsible that it will meet the specific project requirements, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with SMEs, data scientists and vendors, being the bridge between the business and the external technical team
• Drive the adoption of best practices in integrating the solution across the various corporation department that are planned to use it

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education & Technical Expertise:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) with a strong track record in Large Language Model (LLM) integration.

• Proficiency in Python and deep expertise in NLP frameworks.

   

Professional Experience:

• Senior-level background as an NLP Consultant or Architect.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in AI/NLP-driven projects.
• Proven expertise in evaluating, supervising, and integrating third-party NLP solutions.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex AI initiatives.

 Location: Remote – Only within Europe (EU countries, Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Armenia, UK, Balkans)
