Head of Outbound Lead Generation

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective outbound strategies to achieve the company's strategic goals.
- Perform cold outreach , ABS campaigns.
- Manage lead generation at the conferences.
- Perform Partnership cooperation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, and prepare regular reports on activity results.
- Manage and optimize automated outreach processes (LinkedIn + Email) and enhance outreach infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive and quality customer service.
- Continuously analyze the market and competitive environment to identify new growth opportunities.
- Work in an innovative field: Data Science/Data Engineering/AI.
- Focus on achieving results and the ability to work efficiently in a multitasking environment.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience with outbound channels (Email + LinkedIn).
- Experience in designing and launching outbound campaigns: from concept to implementation of mailing templates.
- Experience with Conference lead generation, Partnership management,, ABS framework.
- Experience in team leadership.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and plan effectively.
- Experience in team management and strong personnel skills.
- Advanced level of English or higher.
