Role Overview

As Team leader, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing initiatives. Leading your team professionaly and personally, developing deep understanding of the platofrm under your reposnsibility and best practices that drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Your expertise will be pivotal in achieving our clients' growth objectives, making you a key player in our company's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Team leadership: Managing the team on a personal and professional level and leading it to meet goals. Inspiring and professionally guiding team members. Breaking down team goals into tasks and distributing them among team members. Monitoring goal achievement and team members' progress, and adjusting tasks as needed 
• Knowledge Development: Developing knowledge about the system under your responsibility - policy, algorithm, targets, bidding. Developing knowledge independently through ongoing tests, alongside searching for and updating with existing knowledge at various professional forums. The team leader should be the company's knowledge hub for the system under his responsibility.
• 📊 Performance Analysis: Tracking performance at the different levels, identifing trends, and make data-driven adjustments to achieve the team goals and maximize ROI.

• 🚀 Campaign Management: Hands-on creation, execution, and optimize of all paid campaigns, ensuring they meet the targeted KPIs and budget allocations.

   

Qualifications

• 📍 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Facebook Ads.
• 📍 2+ years of experience as a team leader.
• 📊 Exceptional analytical skills and experience in making data-driven decisions.
• 🤝 from B2 English, both written and verbal.
