Project Manager - Payroll Product (French Speaking) Offline

About the Role:

 

As the Project Manager for our Payroll product, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.  Your French language skills will be essential for collaborating with our clients.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Lead and manage all aspects of the payroll product project, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  2. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  3. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and manage expectations.
  5. Manage project risks and proactively identify and implement mitigation strategies.
  6. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project performance.
  7. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
  8. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the software development industry.
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.  
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).


[Optional: Experience with payroll software or knowledge of payroll regulations in specific regions is a plus.]
