About the Role:
As the Project Manager for our Payroll product, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements. Your French language skills will be essential for collaborating with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the payroll product project, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and manage expectations.
- Manage project risks and proactively identify and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project performance.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the software development industry.
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
