Who We Are Looking For: Talent Sourcer 🚀
As a Talent Sourcer, you'll work closely with our Recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and nurture talent pipelines for a variety of roles. You'll be the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience while contributing to the growth of PeopleForce's exceptional team.

Key responsibilities:
 

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media outreach, and database mining, to identify top talent in markets like Ukraine, Poland, LATAM, and Europe overall.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively engaging passive candidates through personalized communication and relationship management.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct initial outreach to candidates, presenting PeopleForce’s mission, values, and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in our ATS.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and sourcing tools to continuously refine your approach.

Qualifications:
 

  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Researcher, or similar role in tech, preferably in product companies (from 2 years).
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, social media recruiting (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), and creative talent identification strategies.
  • Familiarity with candidate sourcing in international markets (UA, PL, LATAM, and Europe).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (upper-intermediate or higher).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for engaging and building relationships with talented professionals.
