Now, we’re looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team and lead our web development projects. You will work with international clients, manage the team, and establish timely project delivery.

For a perfect match, we expect  🎯

• 1.5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• English B2+.
• Strong understanding of web development lifecycle and best project management practices.
• Experience managing international clients (US & Europe) and handling stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in organizing tasks and workflows using Jira or similar project management tools.
• Basic understanding of technical stacks: React, Node.js, Laravel, WordPress, Shopify.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration.

Duties & Responsibilities 💼

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, quality, and budget.
• Clarify requirements, provide updates, and align priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams for smooth collaboration.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks in Jira to keep projects on track.
• Maintain clear project specs, reports, and updates.
• Identify and resolve potential roadblocks early.
• Continuously optimize workflows for efficiency.
• Monitor project performance and ensure goal alignment.
• Remove obstacles and enhance team productivity.
