Chief Marketing Officer

What will you be responsible for

  • Increase the marketing budget while maintaining and improving key performance indicators.
  • Mentor the marketing team and help cross-functional teams achieve new marketing budgets.
  • Create and continuously improve marketing processes, policies, approaches, and best practices to optimize marketing strategies and execution.
  • Work within the management team and solve high-level marketing operational tasks
  • Improve the process of increasing LTV
  • Develop strategies for product launch and scale. Understand changes in strategies based on market results.
  • Take an active part in the hiring process. Hire and Retain exceptional talents.
  • Provide 1:1, training, growth, and professional development opportunities for the team.

 

Your expertise

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, each with budgets of $1M+/monthly.
  • Working with apps and various acquisition funnels.
  • Mostly (90%) Performance marketing experience.
  • Experience launching an app from scratch. Going through stages of MVP, GTM, and scaling metrics.
  • Understanding the nuances of working with META / Google UAC / TikTok and other traffic sources. Successful experience in solving scaling problems on these platforms.
