About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager with a primary focus on working with reports and assisting with our marketing projects. This is a great opportunity to pump up your analytic skills and expertise across a range of marketing channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Collect and analyze campaign data, create reports, and track marketing performance.

- Look into competitors, trends, and industry insights to help optimize campaigns.

- Help out with SEO, PPC, email marketing, or content marketing projects - whatever you're interested in.

What We’re Looking For:

- 0.5+ years of marketing experience.

- Actual experience in reporting and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns

- Understanding of digital marketing KPIs (like CTR, CPC, conversion rate, etc.).

- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, content marketing, or email marketing.

- Analytical mindset - you like working with data and figuring out what works.

- English proficiency (at least intermediate level) - our team works internationally, so you should feel comfortable communicating in English.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, But Not Required!)

- Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Looker Studio.

- Some knowledge of SEO basics, like keyword research or on-page optimization.

- Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, WooCommerce, or Shopify.

- A love for testing, experimenting, and learning new tools :)
