Junior UX/UI designer

We are a small but dynamic IT company specializing in web and mobile application development. We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help create user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional digital experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Focus on user experience (UX) by conducting basic research, creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Work on UI design, ensuring a clean, modern, and consistent visual style across projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance product usability.
• Gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and functionality.
• Assist in preparing design assets and documentation for development handoff.

What We Expect From You

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, design systems, and user-centered design approaches.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• A strong desire to learn and improve in both visual design and user experience design.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• (Bonus) Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
