🧑‍💻 What you need to join us:

  • Required Qualifications/Education & Certifications:
    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
    PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), and/or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certifications are highly preferred.
    Experience
  • 6+ years of project management experience, including leading CRM or similarly complex software implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects (e.g., 4-5 projects with 50+ stakeholders).
  • Experience working with global or multicultural teams (up to 30 members) across various time zones.

 

📌 Technical & Domain Skills

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, FastSpring, or other CRM platforms.
  • Skilled with popular PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
    Understanding of software development lifecycles, including QA/testing processes (functional, regression, exploratory, UI/UX testing).
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies, databases, and design tools (Figma, Sketch) a plus.

🧑‍💻 Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Ownership
  • Lead the full lifecycle of CRM projects, from initial requirements gathering and scoping to deployment and go-live.
  • Oversee project schedules,and resources to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Stakeholder & Team Management
  • Manage and mentor distributed teams of developers, QA engineers, designers, and business analysts (teams up to 10+ members or more).
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (internal), ensuring alignment on project goals and requirements.
  • Agile Methodologies & Processes
  • Implement and tailor Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid) to best fit each project’s domain, complexity, and team structure.
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives; track team velocity and performance.
  • Develop and implement product developing workflow.
  • Risk, Issue, and Change Management
  • Proactively identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and communicate progress/changes to stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain change management processes to handle evolving project scope effectively.
    Reporting & Documentation
  • Use platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent to track tasks, report progress, and maintain documentation.
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership and clients, ensuring transparency and clear expectation-setting.
