We are seeking a proactive PR Manager to join our Harmix AI team. 

We are a Ukrainian B2B SaaS startup providing the most advanced AI technology to music businesses worldwide.

Experience with deep-tech, AI, and ML projects would be a plus! 

Please note: we hire only Ukrainians.

What You’ll Do

As our first PR hire, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of our external communications. You’ll work closely with the founders to:

📣 Build and execute our PR strategy – Create messaging frameworks, comms plans, and story pipelines aligned with our milestones.

🗞️ Secure earned media – Proactively pitch to relevant UK, European, and US tech/media outlets; maintain and grow journalist relationships.

💬 Own our LinkedIn voice and blog – Post regularly about launches, customer stories, industry insights, partnerships, and product updates.

🤝 Announce partnerships and product releases – Write compelling announcements and manage distribution.

🎤 Support thought leadership and events – Identify and coordinate speaking opportunities, interviews, and panels across our key markets.

🏆 Celebrate wins – Share case studies, customer success, award nominations, and internal team achievements.

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Have at least 2 years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations— ideally in MusicTech.
• Have existing media contacts and know how to pitch to journalists in the UK, EU, and US.
• Have English language at least a C1
• Know how to turn complex or technical topics into compelling narratives.
• Can write clearly, confidently, and in a way that resonates with a professional but human voice.
• Proactive, creative, and results-driven.
