Job Overview
This role focuses on taking raw video recordings from team members, enhancing them to create professional-grade content, and publishing them on YouTube and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be skilled at creating compelling, engaging, and optimized video content that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and user education.
Key Priorities for This Role:
- Editing and enhancing video content.
- Publishing and managing video content plans for YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Driving traffic to the website, increasing followers, and boosting engagement metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing: Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, basic knowledge of Motion Design. (like animating illustrations) to edit videos, improving sound, visuals, and overall quality.
- SEO & Optimization: Write SEO-driven titles, descriptions, and hashtags to maximize video visibility.
- Thumbnails & Visuals: Design eye-catching thumbnails to boost engagement and click-through rates.
- Content Strategy: Build a content publishing plan tailored for YouTube and LinkedIn audiences.
- Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to monitor performance, engagement rates, and KPIs like followers and website traffic.
- Creative Transformation: Convert videos recorded in less-than-ideal conditions into polished, high-quality outputs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to align video content with goals for brand awareness, lead generation, and user education.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in professional video editing and content management, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech industries.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
