Job Title: Product Manager/Owner

Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must be based in Europe)

Type: Full-time, flexible 40-hour workweek - flexible hours while ensuring availability for one or two meetings per day in the early morning PST (late afternoon/early evening EU time)


What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Drive Discovery and Innovation (collaborate with stakeholders, and the development team, conduct market research and competitor analysis, build prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions)
  • Requirement Gathering and Documentation (transform high-level ideas into detailed, actionable user stories and tasks using Jira, define clear acceptance criteria for all user stories to guide development)
  • Backlog Management (keeping the product backlog prioritized to meet both business and technical objectives, regularly refine and update user stories)
  • Developer Collaboration and QA Coordination (act as the go-to resource for the development team, ensuring they have the information and support; ensure testing of features before release, etc.)
  • Delivery Oversight (monitor progress and ensure timelines are met quality standards, lead Agile ceremonies)
  • Status Reporting (provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes, maintain transparency about delivery timelines and challenges)
  • Measure Success (assess the performance and success of delivered initiatives, identifying areas for improvement).


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Experience managing product backlogs and user stories with tools like Jira
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and track progress effectively
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to align technical and non-technical teams
  • A critical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with QA processes 
  • A technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of system architecture or API design
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS startup environment or with a CRM system.
