About the Company:

Our client is an international product-driven FinTech company specializing in financial solutions across various markets and segments. Core business areas include online lending, KYC solutions, Lending as a Service (LaaS), and ad tech. All projects are developed and managed by an in-house team. The company operates offices in Nicosia, Bucharest, Prague, and a co-working space in Kyiv.

 

Main Responsibilities:

A/B Testing Support: Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and features. Interpret results and provide actionable insights to the product team.
Reporting & Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as LTV, CAC, Conversion Rate, and other relevant metrics.
Cohort Analysis: Perform cohort analysis to track user behaviour over time, identify trends, and recommend improvements for user retention and engagement.
Metric Analysis: Analyse product metrics and KPIs, including LTV, CAC, Conversion Rate, Churn Rate, and others, to provide actionable insights for product optimisation.
Data Insights: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to provide data-driven insights that will guide product development and optimisation.
Data Validation & Quality: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by validating sources, performing data cleaning, and maintaining data quality standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, engineering, risk management, data scientists and other teams to align data analysis with business goals.
● Take a part in hypothesis building in part of collecting and preparing data.

 

Expected results:

● Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into loan application volumes, approval rates, delinquency rates, customer segments, and other key metrics.
● Generate monthly/quarterly reports highlighting trends in loan performance and customer activity.
● Present data insights to stakeholders and help translate findings into strategic initiatives.
● Analyse customer journey data to identify drop-off points in the loan application process and provide insights for improving user experience.
● Track customer lifetime value (LTV) and identify high-value customers for retention efforts.
● Analyse the end-to-end loan application process, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies (e.g., time delays in approval stages or manual data entry).
● Collaborate with operations and product teams to recommend automation solutions based on data insights (e.g., automating document verification or approvals).
● Measure and track key operational metrics such as average loan processing time, approval rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
● Design and analyse A/B tests on different user interface elements, marketing strategies, or loan product features to improve user experience and conversion rates.
● Collaborate with the product and UX teams to recommend changes based on test outcomes (e.g., application flow optimisation, simplifying loan application steps).
● Monitor changes in user engagement and satisfaction metrics post-implementation of recommended changes.
● Conduct multivariate testing to identify the best combinations of loan offers, page designs, or customer touchpoints.

 

Professional Qualifications:

● Proficiency in analysis and data interpretation (3+ years experience in a product company).
● Strong experience in designing and analysing A/B tests or similar experimental frameworks.
● Proficient in Power BI (or similar tools like Tableau) for creating reports and dashboards.
● Strong ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
● Experience with the web and application analytics: Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, etc.
● Advanced Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.
● Solid understanding of key product metrics like LTV, CAC, Conversion Rate, Retention Rate, and Churn.
● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
● Proven ability to conduct cohort analysis to understand user behaviour and trends over time.
● Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)
● A passion for data and a curiosity to dig deeper into data to uncover hidden insights.

Additional:
● Experience with Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling is a plus.
● Familiarity with Amplitude is a plus.

 

Hiring process:

● HR Prescreen call (~30 min).
● Interview with the CPO (~40 min);
● Test assignment;
● Discussion with the CPO about the completed test (1 - 1.5 hours);
● Call with HRD (~45 min).
