Senior PHP Developer Offline

We are currently looking for a Strong Middle PHP Developer to work on a project for a Lithuanian technology company The role is focused on actively developing new features and maintaining existing services within a robust credit management system. 

Technical Stack:

• Languages/Frameworks: PHP, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Rest API, Mootools, Laravel (a plus).
• Databases: MySQL, MariaDB.
• Tools: GIT, GitHub actions, Virtualbox, Docker, Apache2, Linux.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, Rest API, HTML, CSS.
• Ability to work independently with version control (Git).
• Experience in the finance sector is a must. A deep understanding of back-end operations in projects related to banking, financial institutions, leasing, loans, and similar areas is crucial.
• Preferred experience with Laravel.

Responsibilities:

•  Develop and support internal features of the project
•  Integrate new functionalities in an existing loan management ecosystem.
•  Collaborate with a team using Scrum methodologies.
•  Work with PHP, MySQL (MariaDB), Rest API, HTML, CSS, JQuery, and various VM  technologies like Docker and Virtualbox.
•  Daily reporting and code submissions via GitHub.
•  Building, maintaining, and optimizing server-side logic.
•  Managing databases (e.g., MySQL/MariaDB) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

•  Developing and maintaining integrations with external financial services

   

About the project:

It  is a cloud-based platform designed to automate loan operations for financial institutions. It supports various types of lending, including installment loans, refinancing, and credit lines, providing end-to-end loan management from issuance to repayment. Key features include a modular structure for selecting necessary tools and API integration with over 300 third-party applications, enabling business scalability.
