ML for Enterprise project (like CoPilot + JIRA)

We are seeking skilled ML Engineers to join our team and contribute to an AI-powered platform. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying ML models that enhance various aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from project assessment to release planning and customer support automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models to optimize decision-making in digital engineering.
• Implement and enhance LLM-based and deterministic AI models for automated assessments, insights generation, and release planning.
• Optimize ML models for scalability, performance, and efficiency.
• Research and implement cutting-edge AI techniques to improve software engineering workflows.
• Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and fine-tuning to improve model accuracy and reliability.
• Deploy and monitor ML models in a cloud-native environment.
• Ensure compliance with security, ethical AI, and data privacy standards.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI development.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or other ML frameworks.
• Experience working with LLMs, NLP, and generative AI.
• Familiarity with MLOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
