👉 Job Requirements:
Hard skills:
— 1+ years in the field of HR, at least 6 months in IT in a similar position;
— English — intermediate or higher;
— Understanding the specifics of work, processes, teams, and positions in IT;
— Good Knowledge of: Gmail + Google Workspace, Google Drive, Slack, and Google Calendar;
— Understanding of basic HR metrics and their impact;
— Experience working with Tallenta and Notion will be a plus.
Soft skills:
— Goal achievement orientation;
— Positive thinking and a high level of empathy;
— Strong communication skills;
— Strong self-organization and time- and expectation-management skills;
— Critical thinking and creativity;
— Ability to quickly adapt to changes without losing enthusiasm and productivity.
👉 Day-to-day tasks/ Responsibilities:

— Managing the system of rewards and benefits, by updating or improving it as necessary;
— Assisting in creating and implementing motivation systems and conducting surveys (e.g., eNPS, 360 feedback)
— Maintain training calendar, facilitate workshops, webinars, live tutorials, and coding sessions;
— Event schedule management (anniversaries, birthdays, etc.);
— Control of branded products and equipment, necessary for the provision of employees;
— Organize corporate events, team-building activities, celebrations, and other initiatives to foster a positive atmosphere;
— Maintaining a referral program;
— Manage the HRM system;
— Assistance in managing social media for the company’s brand
— Proactive participation in the development of corporate culture and HR Brand.
