Content/Community Manager Offline

We seek a creative, organized, proactive Content/Community Manager to join our international project team.

You will create compelling content, manage social media platforms, and foster an engaged community around our brand. This role is crucial in shaping our public voice, increasing brand awareness, and developing meaningful relationships with our customers and followers.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit content for blogs, social media, and other platforms to highlight our company’s progress, products, and thought leadership in the biotech space.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) by creating posts, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries.
• Community Engagement: Build and nurture an online community of scientists, researchers, investors, and biotech enthusiasts. Actively engage with users, answer questions, and create opportunities for meaningful discussions.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.

• Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, biotech news, and competitor activities to ensure our content remains relevant and insightful.

   

Qualifications:

• Work experience or education in biology, biotech, life sciences, or healthcare industries (preferable).
• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and community building.
• Upper-intermediate (B2 or C1) level of English language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Proficient in using social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passion for community-building and connecting with audiences in a meaningful way.
