Senior Azure Devops Engineer
US Company is searching for Senior Azure Devops Engineer for a team of 10-15 devops specialists (overall team is about 150 engineers). Interesting project (1+ year with an option of prolongation), full-time, partially overlapping USA business hours (CST). Remote.
The product is SaaS, which allows multiple functions for safety and proper works planning / execution in chemical, oil, and gas gathering & transportation, construction, and energy industries. It is implemented as several microservices that are integrated with each other.
Responsibilities:
* Support of existing and development of new infrastructure
* Support of the database (backup/restore/cope etc)
* Optimize development and deployment processes, and ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the environments.
* Diagnosing, troubleshooting, investigating, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
* Assess and select hosting and deployment technologies, and infrastructure elements
* Analyze requirements, suggest concepts, and assess DevOps efforts.
* Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
* Support Dev/QA teams
Required HARD Skills:
* 5+ years of DevOps experience
* Proficiency in managing infrastructure on Azure (networking, services, etc) including Elastic Search, ASB, and APIM
* Proficiency with setting up and configuring IaaC
* Experience with building and managing CI/CD pipelines
* Upper-intermediate (or higher) English

* Proven time management, organizational and follow-up skills to meet deadlines
* Abilities to effectively work and collaborate with remote colleagues.

*Work conditions:*
* Distributed team: REMOTE work.
* Scrum/Kanban, 6-7 team members/team.
* Full-time (40 hours per week).
* Schedule is partially adopted to CST (overlapping 8am-12am CST)
