We’re currently looking for a Project Manager to join our FrontEnd engineering team. In this role you’ll be embedded in a collaborative space with designers, engineers, PMs, and leads, learning how great products are built, and playing a key role in making that happen.

While everyone else is deep in the details with coding, designing, and planning, you’re the one holding the big picture. You’ll guide the team through chaos, turn ambiguity into clarity, and make sure progress doesn’t stall.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Advanced Delivery & Prioritization
Working in a high-variance, high-demand environment to prioritize under pressure, resolve conflicts, and maintain momentum across moving targets.
    • Cross-Functional Communication
Translating between technical, design, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment even when priorities shift or requirements change mid-sprint.
    • Resilience & Decision-Making
Navigating uncertain situations to provide progress even when the path isn’t clear.
    • Team Leadership Without Formal Authority
Leading by influence, creating clarity through process, and building trust without needing a title to back it up.

    About you:

    • Proven Experience in Project or Delivery Management
Strong background managing software delivery cycles - ideally in frontend-heavy or web application environments. Experience handling multiple active projects at once, including managing dependencies and shifting timelines.
    • Agile & Scrum Process Mastery
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) and ability to adapt process frameworks to fit real-world team needs, not just apply theory.
    • Task Management & Prioritization
Breaking down work, tracking progress across tools (e.g. Jira, Monday), and driving execution in ambiguity. Strong instinct for what matters now versus what can wait and ability to reprioritize on the fly.
    • Communication & Alignment Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, especially for clarifying scope, documenting decisions, and managing stakeholder expectations. Ability to work across functions (engineering, design, product) and ensure everyone stays aligned despite fast-moving changes.
    • Multi-Team Remote Collaboration
Experience of working with distributed teams or multiple squads, handling asynchronous communication and time zone coordination effectively.

    Would be a plus:

    • Experience in Product-Driven or Customer-Facing Teams
Understanding product environment specifics. Familiarity with delivering UI/UX-centric products\frontend-heavy features that involve tight feedback loops with design, product, and customers.
    • UX & Design Process Awareness
Understanding of how design systems, prototypes, and user testing feed into frontend development. Collaboration with designers and managing handoff from Figma to devs.
    • Ability to Navigate Technical Discussion
Familiarity with frontend terminology, workflows, and architecture basics. No need to code, but it would be great to understand the flow of frontend development well enough to unblock, ask the right questions, and translate between technical and non-technical teams.
    • Technical Curiosity/Technical Background
Experience in QA, web development, or technical support, anything that shows empathy for engineers and comfort with tech tools (e.g. GitHub, CI/CD basics).
    • Experience Scaling Delivery Process in Growth-Stage Teams
Experience of implementing or evolving delivery workflows in rapidly changing teams or orgs.
