Full-Stack Tech Lead (Node.js/React)

List of Responsibilities and Requirements for a Tech Lead:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on our outsourcing solutions, providing technical guidance and support to the sales team. 
• Develop and deliver engaging cases demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our experience. 
• Present technical information to customers and prospects, addressing their specific needs and concerns. 
• Take part in presale and sales activities
• Conduct technical assessments of customer environments to determine the suitability of our solutions and provide recommendations. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and Tenders. 
• Support in translating technical requirements into solution-oriented concepts.
• Provide technical assistance to clients in choosing platforms, tools, and technologies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to answer technical questions from potential clients and present solutions.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to offer technical expertise and build trust.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical demos to support sales activities.
• Identify technical sales opportunities and potential upsell or cross-sell options.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering successful projects and driving business growth
• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications with integrations of AI-driven solutions
• Work with APIs and tools that leverage AI models

• Ability to present technical solutions clearly and persuasively, both internally and to clients.
• Experience presenting solutions to clients or in technical discussions.
• Experience in providing technical support for sales and pre-sales activities.
• Ability to clearly communicate the benefits and value of technical solutions and build customer relationships through technical trust.
• Willingness to work closely with the sales team to create proposals and address client needs.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing customized solutions for clients.
• Ability to adapt technical solutions to maximize business value for the customer.
