We are looking for a skilled Middle+ Project Manager to join our team and manage multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
 

• Oversee and manage multiple software development projects across various domains and clients.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into clear project deliverables.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and external stakeholders.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.

• Foster strong client relationships by maintaining effective communication and ensuring their needs are met.

• Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience:
 

• Project Management Experience: Proven track record of managing multiple software development projects simultaneously, ideally in an outsourcing environment.

• Client Relationship Management: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, gather requirements, and manage expectations.

• Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

• Technical Background: Basic understanding of software development, databases, and APIs to facilitate team discussions and decisions.

• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse teams and clients. English B2/C1

• Tools Knowledge: Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.

• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.

Preferred Skills:
 

• Certifications: PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications.

• Global Teams: Experience working with remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones.

• Process Improvement: Familiarity with Lean or DevOps principles to enhance project workflows.
