Team / Tech Lead / Senior backend developer (Blockchain domain)

We are looking for a Team-lead to join our friendly team, who is ready to work in the fast-paced environment!

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience
• Extensive experience with EVM and Solana development
• Strong knowledge of dApp development lifecycle (including smart-contract development)
• Experience in managing several projects simultaneously
• Experience in managing small-teams (2-5 people per project)
• Intermediate level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborate with colleagues, and meet deadlines.
• Technical management experience
