In Media Buying Arbitrage team we are looking for Business Development Manager/Affiliate manager to search, attract direct advertisers/networks and provide them with high-quality support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Search and generate a database;
  • Negotiate with advertisers terms of cooperation;
  • Coordination and finalization of all conditions for flooding traffic with advertisers;
  • Monitoring the quality of traffic from buyers — quality control;
  • Business trips to the conference to form a base and conduct negotiations.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Affiliate manager/BizDev in Arbitrage Buying team from year+;
  • Availability of a developed contact base of advertisers (gambling)
  • The ability to find new advertisers and negotiate great conditions for the sale of our traffic;
  • Knowledge and understanding of arbitration processes and strategies;
  • Sales skills and successful completion of transactions;
  • Ability to work with objections;
  • Ability to attend specialized conferences at the expense of the company;
  • You are a member of a closed community of affiliates;
  • Teamplayer;
  • Result-oriented person;
  • Creative and adaptive startup mindset;
  • Proficiency in English at level B1.
