π What you need to know:
Work schedule: 13:00 PM to 22:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are your time to recharge and relax.
β Youβre a perfect match if you:
πΉ Speak English fluently (Upper Intermediate or higher). Knowledge of an additional language is a huge advantage, as our clients come from all over the world.
πΉ Have a higher education degree in philology, marketing, or a related field.
πΉ Have at least one year of experience working with clients.
πΉ Are confident working with a PC and Google tools.
πΉ Are an independent, responsible, and proactive individual.
π What youβll be doing:
β Be the first point of contact for our clients. Youβll consult them via chat and email, assist with platform functionality, and forward specific requests to relevant specialists.
β Introduce clients to our referral and bonus programs and keep them informed about promotions and discounts.
β Help clients select the best product promotion strategies on our platform.
β Interact with clients on social media: reply to messages and comments on Facebook, Telegram, and forums.
